“A Night at La Nacional” launches formally as a monthly event dedicated to arthouse film, visual arts, performances, music and more extending a collaboration that started in 2011 between La Nacional (Spanish Benevolent Society), on Manhattan’s West 14th Street, and Bronx World Film, pioneer arthouse film presenter of The Bronx founded that same year. “A Night at La Nacional” takes place at the stately walkup with the distinctive red door on the north side of West 14th between 7th and 8th Avenues and in the second-floor gallery, which doubles as a second dining area for the cutting-edge Spanish restaurant on the ground floor and as host for a range of arts events, notably flamenco and tango classes.

Bronx World Film is proud to be a participant in the inaugural Bronx Frame screening series, in partnership with The Bronx Filmmakers Collective (TBxF) and three guest curating organizations. Each event showcases a diverse selection of films, including experimental, documentary, and narrative works, amplifying the voices of Bronx and global creators.
